Easy Vegan Ground Beef Pizza
Quick, savory and super tasty! This vegan version of the ground meat pizza needs only a few ingredients and is made in no time.

Pizza works anytime, whether with vegetables, with vegan sausage or with vegan cheese - there is hardly a version that does not immediately bring a happy smile to your face.
Today I am going to present a less well-known, but even more tasty version of the popular classic: ground meat pizza! The mixture of chopped smoked tofu, onions, garlic and tomato sauce is simply divine. When gratinated cheese enters the game, nothing can really go wrong.
This dish is really prepared in no time and is not only ideal for cozy evenings on the couch, but also for the next party!
For one baking sheet you need:
One portion of pizza dough
For the topping:
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
300g smoked tofu
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika, sweet
1/2 tsp. paprika, spicy
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. Italian herbs
3 tbsp. tomato paste
approx. 200ml + approx. 150ml strained tomatoes
Other:
1 pck vegan grated cheese (alternative: homemade cheese sauce)
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350°F top- / bottom heat.
Prepare the dough according to the recipe.
In the meantime, peel and finely dice 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic.
Chop 300g of tofu in a blender to a crumbly mass.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the tofu, season with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp paprika sweet, 1/2 tsp paprika hot, 1 tsp smoked paprika and fry for about 5 minutes.
Then add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste and sauté briefly.
Stir in 200ml of strained tomatoes and season with Italian herbs.
Season another 150ml tomato sauce with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and spread it on the pre-baked crust.
Spread the tofu mixture on top and finally sprinkle 200g vegan grated cheese on top.
Then put the pizza in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
